Set Boundaries, Find Peace: Therapeutic Book Club (March 14–May 9)
Join us March 14 to May 9, 2024, to learn simple yet powerful ways to set healthy boundaries in all aspects of your life!
What is a therapeutic book club?
Designed and offered by Tania Bakas, Registered Clinical Counsellor, this therapeutic book club is a unique blend of group therapy and a traditional book club format.
Benefits of group therapy:
- Connection with others – you are not alone in your struggles and aspirations
- Accountability in doing “the work” – changing made easier with the support of your peers
- Affordability – the cost of a group therapy session is typically lower than that of an individual counselling session
Benefits of the book club format:
- Learning from the book’s rich psychoeducational content
- Accompanying practical exercises with therapeutic gains
- Adding a tool to your self-care toolbox

“Set Boundaries, Find Peace” breaks down the what, why, and how of boundaries in a clear and compassionate way, leaving you confident, empowered, and prepared to tackle those tough conversations.” — Melissa Urban, co-founder and CEO of Whole30
