We understand the importance of genuine allyship and are committed to more than just outward expressions. We have several counsellors that are members of the LGBTQ+ community and we invite open dialogue and feedback with them and other community members to ensure our allyship is authentic and impactful. Of course, there is always room for learning and growth, but we really are trying to do our best.
