Nat is a registered social worker who specializes in the domains of trauma and dissociative disorders, 2SLGBTQIA+ concerns, as well as symptoms of autism and/or ADHD. Nat's goal is to support individuals, couples, and families in achieving wellness.
Rachel finds it important to connect with others in order to improve both individuals’ and the world’s views toward mental health. She believes the client-counsellor relationship is crucial to the therapeutic process.
Kenzie is a Registered Social Worker based out of Northern Ontario (OCSWSSW #84709). They hold a degree in Social Work with concentration in Indigenous Learning, and have multiple years experience supporting diverse youth throughout transitions into adulthood.
Tamara helps clients to optimize strengths, build resilience and cultivate growth. She is committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental environment and developing a therapeutic and trusting relationship.
Mark has worked in child, and adolescent mental health, long-term care, inpatient hospital settings, primary care, outpatient mental health, and is currently working in an outpatient environment with individuals with chronic pain.
Melinda's passion for counselling grew from personal experience with grief, loss and trauma. Completing University later in life has fueled her drive to enable and empower others fully.
Mariana is a registered clinical counsellor, level II sensorimotor psychotherapist, trained in EMDR, Focusing-Oriented Psychotherapy, also implementing Mindfulness-based CBT and DBT.
